Questions
What people wonder about
Do I need an account to try it?
No. “Try without an account” is the real app with example data. Nothing is saved on any server.
Does NextSet tell me what to train?
No. NextSet is a training log, not a personal trainer. You choose the exercises, sets and reps yourself. NextSet remembers what you did last time and shows your progress.
What if I don't train the way the program says today?
Swap an exercise, change sets and reps, add an exercise or remove one for today. Before you have logged a set, you choose whether the swap only applies to this workout or to the program going forward. If you have already logged sets, they are kept and the new exercise comes right after. If you swap by mistake, you can undo it right away.
Is NextSet really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no subscription and no payment card. We can't promise it will never change, but your history is yours, and you can always export it.
Can I take my history with me if I stop using it?
Yes. Export your training history as PDF, text or CSV, for a period you choose.
