1. Who provides the service?

NextSet is provided by Lunde, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) with organisation number 932 034 891. Contact: contact@nextset.no.

2. What is NextSet?

NextSet is a web app for logging strength training: you create a program, log sets and see history and progress. The service is a logging tool. NextSet does not provide medical advice, personal training guidance or training programs adapted to your health.

3. Account

• You need an account with an email address and password to use the app. You can try a demo without an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under the Account tab. All training data and settings are then permanently deleted.

4. Price

NextSet is free, and all features are open to everyone. We cannot promise that this will never change. You can always export your training history (PDF, text or CSV) under the History tab, so you keep your own data.

It is no longer possible to purchase a subscription.

5. Use of the service

You must not misuse the service, try to gain access to other people's data, place an abnormal load on the system or use the service for anything unlawful. We may close an account that breaks this, and will notify you if possible.

6. Your data

The training data you enter is yours. You only give us the right to store and process it in order to provide the service to you. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Training is at your own risk

Strength training can involve a risk of injury. You train at your own risk. Talk to a doctor or other qualified professional if you are unsure whether you should train, or if you have health problems. Numbers, records and progress in the app are based on what you have entered yourself.

8. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it available, but cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may develop, change or discontinue features.

9. Liability

These terms do not limit any rights you have under mandatory law.

10. Intellectual property

The name NextSet, the logo, the design and the code belong to Lunde. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app while you have an account.

11. Changes to the terms

We may change the terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email. If you do not want to accept them, you can delete your account.

12. Governing law

Norwegian law applies.
